ABOUT THE CANDLE OFFICE
In 2012, Jimmy Jacobs had a vision to turn the iconic Georgetown Candle Factory into a luxury office development. Through planning, design, construction, leasing, and property management - the Candle Office development has turned this location into a prime office space for Georgetown. Conveniently located directly off of Interstate 35 just north of Round Rock, Phase I of the development includes over 11,000 square feet of high-end office space.
​Phase II of the project added an additional 16,000 square feet of office space - serving a strong need in the Georgetown area.
As development continues on the Candle Offices and surrounding area, this project continues to be a key factor in the growth of Williamson County. Offering quality offices for lease in an easily accessible area is vital to economic development.
